Wellbeing needs of tamariki and rangatahi in the Hurunui and Waimakariri
Are we providing optimal services for our young people and how can we improve what we do?
This network meeting brings together Hurunui and Waimakariri social service providers to take a focused look at emergent needs and gaps in services, and to identify service solutions for our young people.
Sarah Wylie from The Collaborative Trust has been contracted to develop and provide an action focused service plan for the Hurunui and Waimakariri Districts, with the emphasis on service provision for tamariki and rangatahi aged 0 – 18 years, and their whānau. She will run a focus group during this meeting.
Please join us on Monday 14 June from 1-3 pm at Glenmark Pavilion in the Glenmark Domain, corner of Glenmark Drive and Church Road, Waipara. We value your contribution.
An agenda for this network meeting is attached.
