LEARN PLAY EXPLORE

Together, parent and child enjoy gymnastics, music and movement in a fun, integrated preschool environment with experienced teachers.

WHY MOVE n GROOVE?

The Move n Groove philosophy and programme are integrated with Te Whariki: Early Childhood Curriculum to ensure all children are receiving the best possible learning experiences.

Each session is uniquely designed to support the specific age range and interests of children.

Together, parent/caregiver and child explore a 1 hour session of physical movement, gym activities, music, art and a wide range of preschool curriculum activities.

Positive, fun experience for parent & child

Child and parents benefit from small sessions with up to 8 children and their parents to one teacher. Qualified, professional and friendly teachers lead the sessions. Children and parents learn the art of relaxation at the end of the session with yoga and massage.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MOVEMENT, MUSIC & PLAY

Movement enhances fitness, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, balance and a positive self image. Positive role models e.g parents, grandparents and caregivers can show their love and encouragement to develop the child’s skills and learning. Play and movement is about discovering, experimenting, experiencing, doing, talking and expressing. Playing with your child and spending time in Move n Groove sessions will help to build a strong positive, loving relationship while learning at the same time.
