Positive, fun experience for parent & child
Child and parents benefit from small sessions with up to 8 children and their parents to one teacher. Qualified, professional and friendly teachers lead the sessions. Children and parents learn the art of relaxation at the end of the session with yoga and massage.

We run a Move N Groove session in conjunction with Cheviot Plunket in Cheviot Knox Hall.
